The Complete Architecture Ltd offers a bespoke service commencing with sketch concept options or feasibility studies, to develop the optimum solution from the outset of a project.
SECURING PLANNING PERMISSIONS
We have also developed strong relationships with local planning authorities and have secured a broad range of complex planning permissions. Our portfolio includes properties in Conservation Areas and Listed Building consents.
BUILDING REGULATIONS AND CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
The Complete Architecture Ltd provides Building Regulations Drawings and can be appointed for full construction drawings subject to requirement and the nature of a project. We have good relationships with Local Authority and Private Building Control providers.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT ON SITE
The Complete Architecture Ltd is very happy to manage the final stages of your build, including tendering the project, advising on appropriate contracts and reviewing the works as they progress on site. We have close links with reliable and skilled builders, engineers and quantity surveyors to assist in bringing your project to life.
